To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same (new) condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Warehouse for return is located in Slovakia (Europe).  

 

We provide pre-paid retrurn labels for Slovakia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Romania.

shipping & delivery

DELIVERY INFO:

We currently deliver your orders to 51 countries worldwide. Shipments are sent from warehouses in USA (Bensenville, IL), Slovakia and China. The warehouse from which your shipment will be sent depends on the country from which the order was created and in which warehouse the ordered items are located.

 

PROCESSING TIME:
The product processing time normally takes about 2-5 business days, depends on the time frame of the quality check, the packaging and also on the store contingent of the individual product. The processing time is not included in the delivery time.

 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We take care of all fees and customs, so you don't have to worry about any fees or duty on delivery! However, there is one catch - the value of your order cannot exceed €150 and you will have to divide the order into more orders if the value of your order is over €150 (applies only for EU countries, for other countries, the purchase value is not limited).

The DYED - Cropped Premium Zip Up Hoodie is one of the best quality hoodies I have ever bought for its price. It looks even better in person than it does online. It even arrived in around 5 days. I have no complaints about this zip up.

Lowkey better than I thought it would be. Made with great material and has a nice thickness, but not too heavy. Also has some small rips for design all over which I didn’t notice when looking online which look pretty clean.
