What’s happening with the warehouse?

We’re upgrading our warehouse with advanced R5 PRO robots by AutoStore. These robots will speed up order processing by preparing items for our team, saving time and making everything more efficient.

How will this affect my order?

Some orders placed between January 18 and February 7 may experience delays due to warehouse upgrades. However, in-stock items at our Europe warehouse (Slovakia) will be shipped as usual. 🚀

Why are you upgrading?

We want to make sure you get your orders faster and with even better accuracy. This new technology will allow us to process orders up to 3x faster, meaning less waiting for you!

Can I still order during this time?

Yes, you can place orders as usual! Just keep in mind that some orders may experience delays (max until February 7) due to warehouse upgrades.

Will this impact delivery for items in stock at the Europe warehouse?
